Once your order has been received, we will send you confirmation of your order via email.
All products ordered by 3pm are shipped out the same business day. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sundays so orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Vapouriz ship all products first class, or recorded / signed for post as specified by the customer.
Vapouriz take no responsibility for items which are shipped successfully but fail to arrive due to the failings of the shipping company such as Royal Mail. Once an item has been successfully dispatched from Vapouriz it is the responsibility of Royal Mail or the respective shipping company.
Royal Mail do not allow any claims procedure to begin before 28 days have passed since the date of shipping. Vapouriz will however, at our discretion, agree to take this problem away from our customers after 14 business days and at our discretion will re-send the missing products to you at no cost.
Please be aware that Vapouriz are acting in good faith and are providing this replacement service to save the customer the trouble of making a claim against Royal Mail or the respective shipping company. This is an Vapouriz policy to offer our valued customers the very highest level of service.
If you should have any shipping problems please be aware that these stipulations are strictly adhered to and our staff do not have the authority to change Vapouriz policy. We appreciate your continued custom and sincerely hope that you never experience any shipping problems. We also offer Royal Mail Airsure (Signed for) at an additional cost of £5.99. Orders placed using standard Royal Mail Airmail are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery costs to all EU/European Destinations are charged at £4.99 for orders up to 500g. Airsure (is an additional £5.99 - tracked and signed for).

Delivery times are not guaranteed, they are estimates. Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery, if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.
